Felicia & Yvonne The annual meeting of Soroptimist International's South African Council (SISA) was held 20-22 August 1999 in the Pretoria National Botanical Garden. The happy atmosphere that prevailed at the meeting is reflected by the expressions of Felicia Fourie (organzing committee) and Yvonne Good (treasurer)both members of SI Pretoria.
